About us

CTBC Business School History

The Graduate School of Financial Management is built upon the principles of “Promoting the Public Interest and Supporting the Underprivileged and Deserving.” We take pride in being one of the most practical business schools in Asia. CTBC Business School aims to cultivate managers and professionals with expertise in international business and finance. With strong support from our corporate partner, CTBC Financial Holding, our faculty is enhanced by financial practitioners and experts from both the public and private sectors, enabling us to offer internships and career matching services.

The business environment of financial services is evolving rapidly. The complexity of service content and operational models is increasing, and as a result, our ability to develop financial talents with a global perspective is crucial to strengthening Taiwan's financial industry. In response to these trends and the government's aspiration for the transformation of financial talent, CTBC Business School established the Graduate School of Financial Management in 2016, with approval from the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.

Prospects

The curriculum of the Graduate School of Financial Management is divided into Financial Administration and Financial Laws. Our program emphasizes research methods, practical skills, and case analysis. Students in both graduate and undergraduate programs participate in training designed to prepare them for managerial roles in enterprises, along with in-field internship training. The school recruits international experts in finance to collaborate with us, providing students with exposure to global benchmarks, professional courses, high-quality research resources, and rotational courses offered each year.
